Broker

A Broker is a financial institution that intermediates transactions of securities, either directly or through an exchange, depending on the security type. These transactions are intermediated in exchange for a commission or brokerage fee when they are executed.

In Gorila, the broker also represents the custodian of a position: it is identified by the brokerId (which is usually the CNPJ in the case of Brazilian institutions) provided in transactions, and each Position is the combination of a security and a broker.
