taxIncentivized field on securities

You can now check whether a security has a tax incentive through the new taxIncentivized field, and set it on your custom securities.

The taxIncentivized field (boolean) is returned by the List Securities and Read Security by ID endpoints. For custom securities:

• Create Security accepts taxIncentivized (default false);
• Update Security by ID lets you change taxIncentivized and now also accepts the maturity date (maturityDate).
